All items shipped from the Farmers Seafood Kitchens online store is shipped next day air via Fed Ex in a special cold pack which is guaranteed to arrive on your doorstep frozen. We only ship full packs (6 of the 30 oz. tubs and 3 of the 4 lb. trays) because it gets you the best possible deal in shipping costs and ensures freshness by a fully packed, custom cold pack.
Our seafood is guaranteed to be frozen and fresh upon arrival. If something isn’t right with your order, let us know and we will make it right.
